Ciabatta Crown with Olives and Rosemary

An Italian, high hydration bread made with olive oil and shaped into a crown. Yeast-free, each ciabatta has a crispy crust and a soft crumb. The dough is made with rustic white flour and is powered by a wholemeal levain (sourdough), creating a real depth of flavour. Filled with olives and rosemary. Dusted with rye flour before baking.

Perfect for sharing or slicing into individual portions.

Available as a single 650g crown. Smaller portions can be made upon request.
