Country Ciabatta

An Italian white bread made with olive oil and a high hydration dough. Known as 'slipper' bread due to it's long, slender shape. Each ciabatta has a crispy crust and a soft crumb. This version has a small amount rye flour added, creating a real depth of flavour.

Available as a single 325g ciabatta. Smaller portions can be made upon request.

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic dark rye flour, dark rye sourdough (made with rye flour and water), water, salt, olive oil.
