Focaccia topped with fresh rosemary and Maldon salt

Focaccia is an Italian bread, generally baked with olive oil. This version is leavened with a sourdough starter and a small amount of fresh yeast. The dough is slowly, cold proved overnight to add flavour and texture. Topped with fresh rosemary and Maldon salt.

Two weights available:

Small focaccia - 550g

Large focaccia - 850g

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine, folic acid), water, Maldon salt, fresh rosemary, olive oil, yeast, semolina.
