Rosemary and Sea Salt Focaccia

Focaccia is an Italian bread, generally baked with olive oil, fresh rosemary and salt. This version is leavened with a sourdough starter and a small amount of fresh yeast. The dough is slowly, cold proved overnight to add flavour and texture.

Two weights available:

Small focaccia - 550g

Large focaccia - 850g

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, water, salt, rosemary, olive oil, yeast, semolina.
