Sourdough focaccia topped with fresh rosemary and Maldon salt

Focaccia is an Italian bread, generally baked with olive oil. The dough is slowly, cold proved overnight to add flavour and texture. Topped with fresh rosemary and Maldon salt. 

Two weights available:

Small focaccia - 550g

Large focaccia - 850g

Ingredients: Wheat flour* (calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine, folic acid), wholemeal flour, water, Maldon salt, fresh rosemary, olive oil, semolina.
