Baguettes made with a poolish (fermented dough) and a little yeast. Baked fresh and never with any preservatives!
 
It is recommended to store your baguette(s) in a cool, dry place. To keep the baguettes for longer, wrap and store in the freezer. When ready to eat, defrost and warm in the oven to regain a crunchy crust.
 
Handmade, free from preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.
 
Large baguette weight: 300g
Small baguette weight: 150g
 
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, olive oil, rice flour.
