This naturally leavened bread is made with a 100% rye starter, organic wheat and dark rye flours and flavoured with toasted caraway seeds. A light loaf that is great for sandwiches and also freezes well.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, dark rye flour, water, salt, sourdough starter (rye flour and water), caraway seeds, diastatic malt flour, olive oil.
