Hot Cross Buns

Spiced sweet buns made with sultanas, homemade orange paste, homemade candied peel, orange glaze and marked with a cross on the top. Hot Cross Buns are traditionally eaten on Good Friday.

Note that the buns are made with yeast. Available for the Easter period only. Please check the homepage for dates and availability.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, yeast, milk, water, butter, egg, raisins, sultanas (sunflower oil), mixed spice, candied orange peel, orange paste, salt.
