Rustic Sourdough Loaf

Formerly known as the 'Dark Sourdough', this naturally leavened loaf is made with a wholemeal starter. The flavour is naturally sweet from bran and wheat germ and the loaf has a taste of earthy goodness. The dough is made with wholemeal and white flour and is great when eaten fresh or sliced and toasted. Freezes well.

Large - 800g

Small - 650g

Rolls x 4 - 125g per roll
