Hearty 100% rye bread, made with a rye sourdough starter, organic cracked rye grains and sunflower seeds. This bread is baked in a tin and has a good shelf life.

The rye grains and sunflower seeds are soaked for several hours and give texture and added flavour to the bread. The loaf is coated with sunflower seed, giving a lovely crunch!

Tin loaf size: 800g.
