Hearty dense rye German bread, made with a rye sourdough starter, cracked rye grains and sunflower seeds. This bread is baked in a tin and has a good shelf life.

The rye grains and sunflower seeds are soaked for several hours and give texture and added flavour to the bread. The loaf is coated with sunflower seed, giving a lovely crunch!

Tin loaf size: 800g.

Ingredients: Dark rye flour, water, malted cracked rye grains, sunflower seeds, rye sourdough starter (dark rye flour and water), olive oil, salt.
