Cinnamon Buns

Each cinnamon bun is a sweet, soft yeast-leavened dough that is rolled out, spread with a cinnamon-sugar filling, and then shaped. Made with regenerative white flour and slow-fermented overnight for added softness.

The buns are best eaten on the day that they are baked.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine, folic acid), milk, butter, sugar, yeast, egg, salt, cinnamon.
