A traditional panettone, made with a 'pasta madre' is a naturally leavened, Italian bread. This complicated dough takes around 3 days to make and requires a huge amount of skill. The end result is a beautifully sweet flavoured bake that has a defined open crumb.

Each panettone is made with top quality ingredients and lots of TLC! When stored in a cool, dry place, it will last for 2 weeks.

The Chocolate is flavoured cocoa powder and hazelnut butter, with inclusions of milk and dark chocolate drops.

Two available sizes:

  • Medium panettone, 500g weight (approx.) £19.95 per product, no glaze.
  • Large panettone, 750g weight (approx.) £26.95 per product, no glaze - please choose from the dropdown list.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Egg, Sugar, Butter, Almond Butter, Cocoa Powder Salt, Vanilla Extract, Chocolate Drops (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin).
