A soft olive oil bun filled with handmade mincemeat, topped with frangipane and flaked almonds.

Weight per bun: 100g

Ingredients: Wheat flour, wholemeal flour, egg, sugar, water, salt, yeast.

Mincemeat: Currants, sultanas, raisins, dried cranberries, orange peel, apple, butter, almonds, rum, sugar, mixed spice, cinnamon.

Frangipane: Butter, ground almonds, sugar, egg, wheat flour.
