Apple Crumble Buns

A soft, enriched brioche bun filled with handmade apple compote and topped with a golden, crunchy almond crumble. A delicious blend of sweet, cinnamon-spiced apples and buttery crumble in every bite.

The buns are best eaten on the day that they are baked.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine, folic acid), milk, butter,  sugar, yeast, egg, salt, cinnamon, apple, ground almonds, lemon juice.
