A traditional panettone, made with a 'pasta madre' is a naturally leavened, Italian bread. This complicated dough takes around 3 days to make and requires a huge amount of skill. The end result is a beautifully sweet flavoured bake that has a defined open crumb.

Each panettone is made with top quality ingredients and lots of TLC! When stored in a cool, dry place, it will last for 2 weeks.

The Classico is flavoured with raisins soaked in rum, candied orange peel and homemade orange paste.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour (calcium, iron, thiamin, niacin, folic acid) water, egg, sugar, butter, honey, orange paste, (oranges, sugar, water) salt, vanilla extract, candied orange, raisins soaked in rum (sunflower oil).
